Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation for the LiveNanite app.

Zero tolerance

LiveNanite has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, conduct, or attempt to involve minors in sexual, exploitative, or endangering activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

1. Scope and age restriction

These standards apply to the LiveNanite mobile application and related services (live streaming, chat, profiles, gifts, and any user-generated content).

LiveNanite is exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors, or used to facilitate contact with minors for sexual or exploitative purposes, are forbidden and will be removed.

2. Prohibited CSAE content and conduct

Users must not create, upload, stream, share, solicit, or distribute any of the following:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, simulated, or AI-generated depictions of minors.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of anyone under 18.
  • Content that endangers children or facilitates child trafficking or exploitation.
  • Attempts to bypass age restrictions or misrepresent age to involve minors on the platform.
  • Links, instructions, or coordination intended to obtain or share CSAM off-platform.

LiveNanite also prohibits any content that depicts or involves minors in sexual, pornographic, or otherwise exploitative contexts, even if claimed to be fictional.

3. Reporting and user feedback

Users can report CSAE, underage users, or child-safety concerns from within the LiveNanite app (for example, by reporting a live stream and selecting the underage / inappropriate reason and describing the issue).

Reports are reviewed as a priority. Good-faith reporters will not be penalized for submitting a legitimate child-safety report.

4. How we address CSAM

When LiveNanite obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on the platform, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, which may include:

  • Immediate removal of the content or stream.
  • Suspension or permanent termination of the responsible account(s).
  • Preservation of relevant records as required for legal or law-enforcement requests.
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities (see below).
  • Cooperation with Google Play and other platforms when notified of CSAE on LiveNanite.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

LiveNanite complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where we confirm CSAM, we have a process to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority, as required.

Outside LiveNanite, if you encounter CSAM online, contact the appropriate agency in your country (for example, NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States: report.cybertip.org).

7. Updates

We may update these Child Safety & CSAE Standards from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the current version. Continued use of LiveNanite after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
